Once you're matched to a brand, you go through ~5 hours of paid onboarding: their scripts, their tone, their escalation rules. Your recruiter stays your point-of-contact.

Ongoing

Weekly USD payments. Live QA from the Swiftlee ops team. Real career path — top performers get promoted into supervisor + QA roles.
