Do my clients know it's Swiftlee?
No. The portal, emails, and login carry your brand. Swiftlee is the infrastructure behind the scenes — invisible to your clients.
Who handles billing?
You do — across all 3 plans. Your clients pay you directly via your existing billing system (Stripe, QuickBooks, whatever you use), at your prices, on your terms. Swiftlee never charges your clients' cards, so their statements show YOUR name, not ours. At the end of each month, we send YOU one consolidated invoice for the wholesale total. You keep the margin.
Who supports my clients?
Your team handles front-line questions under your brand. Our team backs you up on anything technical or complex — so you're never on your own.
How long does it take to launch?
Weeks, not months — the platform already exists. Once your branding and partner agreement are in place, we stand up your white-label instance.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes — a modest monthly minimum so the program works for serious partners. We'll walk through the specifics on an intro call.
We already have our own plan lineup — can we keep it?
Yes. The volume-tier discount above assumes you resell Swiftlee's plans under your brand. If you have your own plan SKUs (common for partners migrating off EVS7, Map Communications, or another platform), we'll set up a custom per-plan wholesale rate card instead. Reach out and we'll model it.
How do you compare to running our own answering service?
If you're running on EVS7 Fox TAS, MAP Communications, or similar — you're paying per operator seat AND separately staffing agents, negotiating telephony, and running 24/7 capacity. Swiftlee bundles all of that into the per-client wholesale: labor, telephony, AI, 24/7 coverage, HIPAA compliance — included. You become pure sales + customer success, not an ops shop.
What if we already have bilingual agents and want to keep them?
That's Model C — software-only / BYO Agents. Your agents log into Swiftlee's agent portal (scoped to your operator only), handle escalations from your end clients under your brand. You pay per concurrent seat ($149/mo, min 2) instead of per-client labor. Telephony, AI receptionist, lifetime recording, HIPAA — all included. Direct alternative to EVS7 Fox Cloud at slightly lower cost with better infrastructure. Ask about Model C on your intro call.
